Meet the Senior Team
James Carter
Founder and CEO
James founded Eintech in 2010 to provide powerful SaaS solutions that meet real business needs for a wide range of sectors. He has a background in IT and has held senior positions at the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers and ICBGlobal.
Marc Carpenter
Business Development Director
Marc brings a wealth of experience in the EdTech sector, developing some of the sector’s leading businesses including Pearson and Capita. He joined Eintech in 2017 and has been instrumental in growing the company.
Louise Edwards
Director
Louise has 25 years’ experience in procurement and tendering, during which time she has led successful growth projects within the assessment industry and across a wide range of sectors. She has six years’ experience at Board level and was appointed to the Eintech Board in 2022 with a focus on strategy and business development.
Donna Murrell
Director
Donna has over 20 years’ experience delivering high quality services across a range of sectors including assessment, with 15 years’ experience operating at Board level to set company strategy and create a culture of high performance and continuous improvement across all services provided to clients and customers. She was appointed to the Eintech Board in October 2023 with a focus on governance, strategy and performance.
Anna Kate Phelan
Head of Product
Anna has worked at Eintech since 2019, starting as a Product Manager. Since then, she has risen through the ranks to become our Head of Product, overseeing our flagship eAssessment and eLearning platform, Rogo. Her dedication to the industry is reflected in her regular contributions to PQ Magazine, and in 2023 Anna was elected to the board of the eAssessment Association.
Rhodri Thomas
Advisor to the board
Rhodri has overseen the design, implementation and delivery of numerous large public projects including: the rapid roll-out of programmes to tackle the rise in unemployment during the Covid-19 pandemic; preventative health programmes on weight management, smoking cessation and diabetes prevention; and the creation of Reed Assessment which now operates one of the largest Test Centre Networks in Europe with more than 2 million annual Assessments.
Aayesha Miah
Programme Manager
Aayesha joined the Eintech team with a strong relationship management background.
She oversees customer operations and client management, liaising with internal and external teams to ensure satisfaction.
Conor Sheehan
Principal Software Engineer
Conor heads up our engineering team, taking responsibility for the Rogo software. He joined Eintech in 2020, after working in a range of technical and leadership roles over his career working in Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, Retail and Higher Education.
