James brings over 20 years of expertise in assessment and software development. As a director at an awarding body, he spearheaded the transition to computer-based assessment and drove international expansion across Eastern Europe, Asia, and Australia. In 2010, James founded Eintech with a vision to create assessment software that empowers organisations by adapting to their workflows rather than enforcing rigid processes. Drawing on experience with examination teams in 12 countries, his ambition for a flexible, secure platform became reality with the launch of Rogo in 2013. Today, James is a recognised voice in the EdTech space, particularly in accountancy and finance assessment and learning. He regularly contributes to industry panels and webinars, shaping conversations on the future of technology-driven assessment and learning innovation.
Anna-Kate began working in the education sector in 2013, establishing her continual dedication to understanding the complexity of the assessment community and students we serve. This passion is reflected in her positions outside of Eintech, writing regular articles, speaking at global conferences, and being elected to the board of the eAssessment Association in 2023. She joined Eintech in 2019 following an impressive career working with startups and blue chip organisations on digital projects, and has since overseen the continual development of the Rogo Platform, driving it to become the global success it is today. Anna-Kate was invited to join the Eintech Board of Directors in 2026 in recognition of her contributions to the business from both a product strategy role and involvement with users, prospective customers, and industry partners.
Carla was appointed to the Reed in Partnership Board in 2018 and joined the Eintech board in 2024. She has a track record in leading complex tendering opportunities, supporting diversification.
With experience in both operations and business development she works across both organisations on growth opportunities.
Donna has over 20 years’ experience delivering high quality services across a range of sectors including assessment, with 15 years’ experience operating at Board level to set company strategy and create a culture of high performance and continuous improvement across all services provided to clients and customers. She was appointed to the Eintech Board in October 2023 with a focus on governance, strategy and performance.
Emma started her career in education in 2010 before taking on a dedicated role in the assessment sector in 2018. Her approach to delivering exceptional service to both awarding bodies and candidates has enabled her to take on several customer-facing roles, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the broader education and testing landscape.
Conor leads our engineering team, taking responsibility for the Rogo software. He joined Eintech in 2020, after working in a range of technical and leadership roles over his career working in Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, Retail and Higher Education.
Jack joined Eintech in 2024 after a successful period bringing together the partnership with Reed Assessment where he acted as Head of Sales. Jack is a well respected member of the assessment community and continues to help awarding bodies and training providers release their full potential through the Rogo platform.
Ben joined the assessment sector in 2015 after establishing his career in marketing with a focus on user design and media production. For Eintech, he works together with the product team to ensure we’re effectively communicating updates and features to all users, as well as assisting the Rogo Community with updates on industry practice, and improving their candidate reach.
