About the role
The Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful deployment of products and services to clients. This role involves managing projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring that the implementation process is smooth, timely, and aligns with customer needs.
We are looking for a team player, with great interpersonal skills and lots of initiative to hit the ground running!
Key responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Foster strong relationships to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that the project is delivered within financial constraints.
- Identify potential project risks and develop strategies for mitigating them.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet industry standards and client expectations, particularly in assessment-related tasks such as testing, evaluations, and performance measurement.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports, timelines, and performance metrics
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and audits
- Work closely with the senior management team to identify opportunities for process improvements in the implementation workflows, leveraging best practices and lessons learned from previous projects
About you
Conscientious and diligent, the ideal candidate is confident and focused with stellar communication skills. Exceptional, positive and friendly manner. You need to be proactive, to work independently and not be afraid to “swim in the deep-end”. Comfortable in taking responsibility and working on your own initiative. Proven ability to work accurately to deadlines and under pressure. Readily takes ownership of problems and decisions and responds to them with a positive outlook.
Minimum qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within a similar role.
- Proven experience in managing complex, multi-phase projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and analytically under pressure
- Ability to speak and write fluently and idiomatically in English.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Excellent client facing and internal communication skills.
Preferred:
- An understanding of the assessment industry, including assessment tools, methodologies, and standards.
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm and focussed in a high-pressure environment.
- Be able to build rapport in cross-functional project teams.
- Be ready to work in a fast-paced and ambitious company.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and committed to seeing tasks through to completion.
